Quality is a Forever Quest

Need a reason to ALWAYS strive for quality and never give up?  my chair has been mildy uncomfortable since i took this job, i fiddled some but never achieved happiness and just decided the chair couldn't be altered in that way.  i resigned myself to always sort feeling like i was going to slide forwards off the seat, at least until  found a new and better chair. 


today i found that a lever worked differentely than i'd assumed before and in two seconds the amount of comfort possible from this site changed drastically.  


I count these 3 months of relatively unfomfortable seating as my fault.
